Common questions
- I paid but Pro isn't active yet
- Pro activates automatically once the blockchain confirms your payment, usually within 15 minutes. If it's been more than an hour, email us your order ID from Settings and the transaction hash.
- I'm not receiving alerts on Telegram
- Make sure you haven't blocked or muted the bot, and that you logged in with the same Telegram account. Send /status to the bot to check. Free alerts are checked every 5 minutes.
- How do I delete my account or data?
- Open Settings → Privacy & data. You can download your data or delete your account instantly.
- Can you add my currency or coin?
- Probably. Email us which currency or coin you'd like to see and we'll look into it.
