Questions people ask
- Which cryptocurrencies can I pay with?
- USDT (TRC20, BEP20, ERC20 and more), USDC, BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, LTC, TRX and 100+ other coins through our payment partner NOWPayments. You choose the coin on the checkout page.
- Does Pro renew automatically?
- No. Crypto payments are one-off, so we can never charge you without your action. Each payment adds 30 or 365 days of Pro on top of any time you have left. We remind you on Telegram 3 days before it ends.
- How long does activation take?
- Pro activates automatically as soon as the network confirms your payment, usually within 1 to 15 minutes depending on the coin. TRC20 USDT and LTC are among the fastest.
- What happens when Pro ends?
- Your account returns to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted. Pro-only alerts pause and start working again when you renew.
- I sent the wrong amount or the payment is stuck. What now?
- Email us with your order ID (shown in Settings, under Plan & billing) and we'll sort it out. Underpayments can be completed, and overpayments or duplicate payments can be credited or refunded.
- Can I get a refund?
- Because crypto payments can't be reversed, payments are generally non-refundable, but we always fix genuine billing errors and duplicate payments. See our Refund Policy.
