Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Coinbell (“Coinbell”, “we”, “us”) about your use of https://coinbell.org, our Telegram bot and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who can use Coinbell

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use crypto-related services where you live. Some countries restrict or prohibit crypto activity; it is your responsibility to follow your local laws.

2. What the Service is — and isn't

Coinbell is an information tool. We show market prices, public P2P offers, calculators, automated market summaries and alerts. We are not an exchange, broker, wallet, bank, payment service or financial adviser. We never hold, transfer or trade crypto or money for you, and we are not a party to any trade you make with anyone.

3. Not financial advice

Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Crypto prices are extremely volatile and you can lose all of your money. Make your own decisions and, if needed, get advice from a licensed professional. See our Risk Disclaimer.

4. Accuracy of data and alerts

Data comes from third parties (such as CoinGecko, Binance, Bybit, Alternative.me and news publishers) and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. P2P offers can change or disappear in seconds. Alerts depend on data providers, our servers and Telegram, and may be delayed or not delivered. Do not rely on Coinbell as your only source of information or as a trading safety mechanism (for example, instead of a stop-loss order on an exchange).

5. Your account

You can log in with email and password, Google or Telegram. Keep these accounts secure, use a strong password you don't use elsewhere, and only confirm login requests you started yourself. Anyone with access to one of your connected logins can access your Coinbell account. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or use the Service for fraud, scams or market manipulation;
• scrape, copy, resell or redistribute our data or content at scale, or use it to build a competing service;
• overload, attack, probe or try to bypass security or plan limits of the Service;
• impersonate Coinbell or others, or misuse our bot to spam people.

7. Pro plan and payments

• Prepaid, no auto-renewal. Pro is bought for a fixed period (30 or 365 days). Each payment adds that period to your account. It never renews automatically.
• Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments. You are responsible for sending the correct amount, coin and network, and for any network fees. Payments sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address may be lost.
• Activation happens automatically after the payment is confirmed on the blockchain. If Pro isn't active within 24 hours, contact us with your order ID.
• Prices are shown in USD and may change, but never for a period you have already paid for.
• Taxes: you are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

We may change Pro features over time. If we remove a major paid feature during your paid period, we will offer a pro-rata credit.

Invite program

You can share your invite link. When someone who signed up through it buys Pro for the first time, we add free Pro days to both accounts, as shown on the Invite page. Rewards are given once per new person. We may withhold or reverse rewards for self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts, spam or other abuse, and we may change or end the program at any time without affecting days already earned.

Portfolio tracker and public profiles

The portfolio tracker only shows numbers you enter; it is not connected to any exchange or wallet and is not tax or accounting advice. If you turn on a public profile, you are responsible for what you choose to share. Don't use usernames or bios that impersonate others or break the law.

8. Third-party services and links

The Service links to and relies on third parties (exchanges, Telegram, NOWPayments, news sites). We don't control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or actions. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. Intellectual property

The Coinbell name, logo, design, text and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. Market data belongs to its respective providers.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put the Service or other users at risk. If we close your account without cause, we will refund the unused part of any paid Pro period. We may stop offering the Service with at least 30 days' notice and will refund unused paid time.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or accurate.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any trading or investment losses, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the Service, including missed or delayed alerts or inaccurate data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

13. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for claims and costs arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Sri Lanka, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live. Please contact us first — most issues can be solved quickly.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll change the date above and notify you of important changes. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept them.
