Funding rate gaps between exchanges
The same coin can pay very different funding on different exchanges. This scanner lines them up so you can see where the gap is widest.

How funding arbitrage works
- The idea
- Go short on the exchange where funding is highest (you receive it) and long the same amount on the exchange where it is lowest (you pay less, or receive it if it is negative). The price moves cancel out, and you keep the gap.
- What can go wrong
- Funding changes every 8 hours and gaps often close quickly. Trading fees on four orders can eat a small gap. A sharp move can liquidate one side before you can add margin, and moving money between exchanges takes time. The yearly figure assumes today's gap lasts all year, which it almost never does.
- Not advice
- This is a scanner, not a strategy. Start small and read our futures calculator to check how far liquidation is on each side.
