What is a bear market?
A bear market is a long period of falling prices, commonly defined as a drop of 20% or more from a recent high.
They can last months or years, and prices can bounce sharply along the way before falling again. Crypto falls are often far deeper than this, with drops of more than 70% happening in past cycles.
