What is volatility?
Volatility is how much and how quickly a price moves up and down.
Volatile assets can bring bigger gains and bigger losses. Generally, large company stocks are less volatile than small ones, and crypto is more volatile than most stocks. If a big swing would make you sell in a panic, that investment may be too risky for you.
